4th of July is a holiday that we all look forward to celebrating all year-long. Nostalgic warm memories arise of an endless day of sun-soaked barbecues, cold treats, the beach, family and friends… and of course the cherry on top of the night… a massive fireworks spectacular.

Farmer’s Markets are a wonderful way for all of us to support our local growers, and at the same time, enjoy fresh produce that we have hand selected. Oftentimes the markets generate a fun atmosphere, and what better way to enjoy shopping while visiting with the very family that harvested the produce or baked the goods. Now that summer is here, we are welcoming delicious sweet corn, strawberries and peaches, heirloom tomatoes, zucchini, rainbow chard and lettuces galore. Here are 3 Farmer’s Markets here in Anaheim---held weekly on Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays. Enjoy the treasures you will find at the Farmer’s Market!

You know the old inner conflict meme where an angel is one shoulder and a devil is on the other? Fortunately, OC has a variety of transportation options that make getting to the beach easier and more enjoyable for your family.

If you’ve attended an Angels Baseball® game in the past 10 years, the odds are pretty good that you might’ve heard the national anthem sung by Taylor Longbrake. Longbrake, who began singing for the team when she was just eight years old, quickly became a fan-favorite and staple at many home games. OC Up Close recently had a chance to catch up with Longbrake, who is currently a senior in the Musical Theatre Conservatory at the Orange County School of the Arts.
